"Screen burn-in:
The original variant of the App, Energy Bar has been used over several years by users on their AMOLED devices, there has been no complains. But there is no claim that it may not happen.

Samsung automatically moves few pixels every now and then to avoid screen burn-in which includes Energy Ring moving away from its original position. This change in position will however be visible only when you have set its thickness to minimum."

It's in the play store for s10/ s10e and soon will be s10+ it tells battery percentage around camera hole pretty cool app

Unfortunately not. That would be awesome if it did. I still haven't found an app worth using yet for the notifications. Would be great if Samsung came out with a native option in an update.

I will download it if it ever can work with screen off. So far doesn't have that feature from what I can tell.

Awesome. I downloaded it when it first came out, it didn't have that feature so I removed it cause it wasn't helpful. Just re-downloaded it and you're right.

My guess is after long enough it would. The documentation seems to imply that too. Saying you shouldn't keep it on all the time which should make it easier to avoid burn in.

Hopefully Samsung can implement this as they know how to avoid burn in.

Okay I'm going nuts. I could swear a notification light was going around my punch hole when my AOD was on an hour ago but it's not anymore when I get a notification.

Its working. It's funny not you but someone else said that a 3rd party app like this app will never work on AOD.
