Battery s7 edge after root?

is really deep sleep mode not will working after rooting this device ?

Rooting adds 1 file and 1 app to the phone - that's all. If you're not running an app that requires root, they just sit there doing nothing. So, yes, if the phone would have been in deep sleep mode before rooting, it will be in deep sleep mode after rooting - for the same conditions.
