Battery Saving Mode annoyance

I know this is pretty trivial, but does it annoy anyone else that you enable battery saving mode it puts that recycling looking icon in the notifications bar? Even when the mode isn't active.

For example, if you tell it to go into battery saving when power reaches 30%...if your phone is at 90% battery that stupid icon is up there. That would be like having an icon to tell you that you're going to get an email, not that you have one...What's up with that?

same goes with the vibrate icon. i want the phone to vibrate even when it rings but to do so puts the vibrate icon in the bar. do not like.

Not only is the icon annoying, but slightly misleading. It says power saving mode is active. I haven't run down the battery yet, but does it say something else when it IS actually active?

I don't even use it when I saw that icon...it might be weird...but I don't like most icons on the status bar....Like it clean

Same, I'd really like to use it, but that icon is honestly too annoying, i like having the notifications bar pretty clean. Agreed about the vibrate icon too...what it the deal with that? It wasnt like that on the old touchwiz on my captivate
