This video message me decide to bet the Flip 3. I'm on day 3 and battery life is improving. I will have to wait and see how much better it gets.
I've been using my S7 tablet more at home instead of the phone because that will help with battery life

Battery size and drain are two different things. The flip did well here despite having the smallest battery and running at 120 refresh rate. But if the small flip 3 battery drains fast, that's a problem. The smaller size alone shouldn't be cause for alarm IMO.
