Battery Time Remaining

I have Alcatel One Touch Pixi Glitz with KK. I like the look of the Lollipop settings battery time remaining, but Kit Kat doesn't have it. Is there any way to replicate it using an app? Also I don't have root and don't want to risk it, either.
