Battery Usage / Graph on Device Care

Hi .

A few people are reporting that after updating to Android 11 , Samsung One Ui 3.0 that under Device Care the Battery Graph has stopped working and also shows No App's Usage.

This is on the s20 and N20 Ultra.

Is anyone else experiencing this ?

I just checked mine and it shows nothing. I wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't said anything.

I'm on Android 10 Samsung One Ui 2.5 but this issue is on my partners Samsung Galaxy s20 who's on Android 11 Samsung One Ui 3.0.

Nope... AT&T here and I got the same issue

“ it's to do with the date / new year, if you set the date to 8th Jan everything comes back, but once correct date Info goes again.

hopefully will be sorted within next week

I tried this and I got my graph back. I'll charge my phone in a minute to make sure. Thanks for posting.

None that I know of. I was just thinking that since the old battery data still exists (it's just temporarily inaccessible due to the bug), some people might prefer to wait for Samsung to fix the bug, rather than deleting all the old data now.
