Battery Usage monitor only showing 78-81% of usage based on apps

Does anyone else have a problem when looking at the battery usage in settings not totaling to 100% (like all of my previous devices, and my Samsung Note 10.1). It always adds up to anywhere from 78 - 81%, b ut never 100%.

I will take some screen shots later tonight when the battery is run down more.

This happens even after a clean reset as well.

If you add all the processes that take less than 1%, it probably adds up to 100%. But this is one case where recalibration might help, because the calibration is of the file you're looking at when you're looking at that screen.

How do you recalibrate? Thanks for the advice!
