battery usage

Can you tell by these screen shots what my problem is
My battery drains very quickly I only make 2-3 calls a day send maybe 3-4 tes and check my emails

It's difficult to know for sure, but your screenshots show a couple of thing.

Bad signal is going to use a lot of battery.
A mediaserver drain could mean some problem with a corrupt media file. This problem can happen specially with files stored in an SD card. I don't know if you're using one for music, pics or videos. If so check that is working properly.

You could try to unmount it or transfer the files to your computer and see what happens.
 
Low signal and the media issue.

It isn't always a movie, etc on the card. I've had the media bug and don't keep movies or videos on my phone.

Is that at home where you have that bad signal? Since I got my S5, I Yale been able to dump my microcell and get a pretty good LTE data speed now.
