Battery will not charge, Phone will not turn on

About a week ago my Verizon Galaxy S3 started displaying this whenever I plugged it in. The night before I was using my phone just fine, so there was no indication that it would randomly stop working. Charged fine, booted up fine, didn't restart randomly. The phone has about 2 months of use.

I had TWRecovery installed on the phone before it bricked, but the phone won't go into it when I hold (Power + Volume Up + Home), it will on the other hand go into Odin Mode when I hold (Power + Volume Down + Home), and only Odin Mode. It will either do a boot loop featuring that empty battery image or stay in Odin mode as long as I have it plugged in through the USB.

I searched around for a few fixes, tried KIES, but KIES won't recognize my phone.

Odin will recognize my phone when I put it into Odin Mode. I tried flashing the most up to date firmware for my S3, and it completed without a hitch, but it's still stuck in that boot loop.

Things I've Tried Already:
Different USB cables
Different chargers
TWR
Edit: Tried the battery in a friends phone, charges fine.
Odin Mode to reflash stock firmware

I tried flashing the most up to date firmware for my S3, and it completed without a hitch, but it's still stuck in that boot loop.

Assuming that you flashed the stock firmware with stock Recovery, you should take it in to the local corporate store and get them to replace it - there's nothing else you can do. Based on other results in the forums, Kies (if you followed the right steps) wouldn't provide a better result.

Oh well, thank you. As I live in Japan that really isn't an option.
