The battery on my G1 is horrible. Is there any way I can get better battery life out of it? Please Help!!!!

Buy a replacement battery.

In the mean time, try turning off a few things when they aren't in use.

I leave Wifi, Background Data, GPS and Bluetooth off while I'm not using them.

Helps a little.

After about 15 months my original battery was barely holding charge for a day with minimal usage. I purchased a battery from the shopping section on Android Central. Seidio battery 1400 mAh. I get over a day on one full charge. If you want to go all out you can get the 2600 mAh battery, it's thicker so you have to change the battery cover to the one that is supplied with the new battery. Makes your phone 5 mm thicker.
