When users grow up and stop abusing the service. If it wasn't for the leaks it would have rolled out. Just takes a hand full to ruin it for all. Is called a staged roll out for reason.

When is RIM god damn launching bbm for android! Grrr this is one of the reasons I left RIM they're too slow to launch anything.

Yeah I really do actually want bbm its better than whatsapp as its faster in my opinion and much more useful but their handsets sucked that's why I bought a s4

Don't know for a fact but it's safe to say it'll work on Android 4.0+ and possibly 2.3+.
