Beautiful Widgets Skins Help

When I go to download skins in the setting menu, it just sits there and loads forever nothing ever comes up. It has been doing this for weeks now. Anyone got any tips?

I've never had any issues with this. Have you gone into the Applications menu and cleared cache and/or data?

Other than that try uninstalling the re-install BW.

tried all of that, still didn't fix it. any other suggestions?
