Bell HTC One - notification LED not working

(just got the phone) Did some updates and installed Swift Key... Then charged and the LED stopped working

I tried reseting to factory defaults.... worked for a while. Then when I plugged it in or after it did some updates the LED stopped working again.

Think I found the answer, did you install Swiftkey? I reset my phone a couple times to troubleshoot the issue. Seems to be that it messes around with the notifications. As soon as I install it and have it learn from my emails, the notifications get broken. Only way I found to fix it is to do a factory reset.
