Bent bezel?

I noticed that when I run my finger up and down the metal bezel surrounding the screen I feel I slight bump or bend above where the volume rocker is. I don't know if this is purposeful because I noticed it since the first day I had it. Is anyone else experiencing this bump or bend or should I see if I can get a replscement from Verizon.

I have one over the top of my screen - along with a little chip of paint. Nothing I know of would have caused it, so I'm guessing with you reporting this too that the aluminum may not be all that tough. If that turns out to be the case, expect more dings or buy a case. Either way, I wouldn't replace it for a little ding either. Your phone cannot be pristine forever.

Mine has it also. Might be by design. Due to the volume rocker.

Its by design. I can see it on mine. I have a case and I've never dropped it so it must be on purpose.

I have a small pinhead-sized dent on the bottom left of the bezel. NBD in my book.

Its by design. I don't even see it but I can slightly feel it if I try to. Its not even noticeable to the touch most of the time.

Yeah you can see it if you get light to reflect on the front edge of the bezel and rotate the phone so that the light reflection moves up and down the front edge. Would have NEVER noticed without this thread. Sometimes I think these forums are bad for being satisfied with my phone - not that this 'bump' bothers me but you know what I mean.

Like this? I received my phone last Friday, November 14th. Just noticed it this morning and yes, my OCD is firing off. I have not dropped the phone. I don't know if it was always there, or if I just noticed it. Mine is Ballistic Nylon. My boyfriend has a red one that he got on Saturday, November 15th, and he says his doesn't have the dent. And he HAS dropped his. Wtf!

I can't see it and didn't notice it until I read this... not so much "bent" as a small hump above the volume rocker. Certainly nothing that would cause me to be concerned.

After reading this, I checked mine. Looked similar to the picture. I gently scraped my fingernail over it and it came off! Nothing there now!
