Bent Kickstand

LOL its not difficult, find instructions and follow them. I just replaced my gf's cracked screen on her Droid X. Pretty simple.

You'll need the right tools though.

I bent my kickstand and it has been a nightmare! and Yes I tryed the needle nose plyers and cloth and no matter how hard you try it will not bend it back completly. The pertection plating or coating on the kickstand will from being bent starts to where off and kick stand will always stick out and never go down flat. So the person who things that is a easy fix with plyers is wrong. I think I might have to break down and use my insurance even though my phone is only a month old and there is nothing else wrong with it. I'll get then stuck with a referbished one. Yes for those who ask how in the world do you bend a metal kickstand!! It can be easily bent. My young son got ahold of mine and acidently bent it out of shape and yes it can be bent a hundred different ways. I wish I could just cut it off at this point! It's stupid accesorry if you ask me.

It's stupid accesorry if you ask me.

It is underrated if you ask me. I use it everyday and love it. It's a beast that no case kickstand combo can touch. Although, this looks workable to me.

...but then you can't use any other case so you best love it as a case too.

I don't even want a phone again without one.

The kickstand sux. I'm very much anticipating having the kickstand flapping around all loosey goosey near the end of my 2 year contract. It's the most vulnerable part of the phone and an accident waiting to happen. I already am noticing paint wearing off at the edge of the kickstand. I leave the stupid thing alone and hope to god it doesn't break or deteriorate.

Who really needs a kickstand anyway?

Damn I fell asleep with my phone on my chest with my kickstand open so i really hear my alarm cuz I'm a heavy sleeper, never going to do that again after reading this lol. Good to know about the replacement housing tho.

i didn't think the kickstand was a big deal but now that i have it i use it all the time. showing ppl pictures and videos. watching youtube (which i do way too much) playing games you name it.

reading kindle is another good one
