I got it with 4.2.3 on it and it was fast, I took it up to 4.4.4 and it slowed a bit. I took it to 5.1.1 and it is very slow.
What is the optimal OS for this? Top Farm needs a newer version. I am open to other Mods too. Any suggestions?
It came to me unlocked and rooted. I can re-root if need be. I have the Nexus Root Toolkit on my laptop. Instead of updating to the versions, I did clean installs to make sure no junk carried over....
I just want this for web, email, facebook, ibird pro and similar apps, Top Farm, Hay Day and some other games. I have a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 for more daily use. This one is for playing games and apps not in the Amazon Marketplace and traveling to places it might walk. I paid $64 for this.
