Both S Health and Myfitnesspal can do the basics. Jefit is a good workout tracker if you need that level of detail. Free version is good enough for most people but the have an elite version that has a year fee.
I use pear for Samsung is $3.99 a month. If you have a smart watch or fitness tracker it will give you what you're looking for. Plus tons of workouts, cardio, HIIT, weight training ect.
