Best app to find out how much memory left?

What is the best app for finding out how much memory I have left on my phone. I'm not talking about how much storage I have left on my SD card, I'm talking about the memory on the phone itself. I am getting some storage capacity alerts and trying to manage it all but need to know how bad it is.

Just search the market..... I found and use a app/widget called "Temp+CPU v2"

It gives you CPU speed, CPU usage, Battery Temp and Amount of memory... could be just what your looking for.

You can find the amount of free space in Settings. Don't forget that cache and data for your apps use storage space as well.
