Best app to mirror my mob to car audio tab

Hi there, I have recently installed an Android touch screen audio system in my car. I wonder if any one can suggest a tested app to mirror my mobile on touch screen to use without WiFi or mobile hotspot. The bottom line is without use of data I have tried many apps but almost every other app works on wifi or mobile data. I am looking forward to anyone can suggest some good app to mirror/cast mob through USB data cable because data/wifi flickers and slows down the transfer of bytes resulting in poor resolution and reception. Thanks

I'm not sure what you are looking to achieve nor is there much of a chance of an accurate answer without knowing what devices you own
