Best App to Record GPS Track

I'm wondering if someone can suggest the best app that can record GPS tracks that can do the following:

• Export track as GPX
• Configure when trackpoints are recorded by setting minimum distance and/or time

While many apps seems to be able to do the 1st point, I'm struggling to find many that can do the 2nd.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
