best apple airplay app

Sister wants to switch to an android phone but her husband has iPhone and apple tv. What's the best app she can use to send photos/videos to apple tv? Also, is it possible to send 4k video?

AllConnect is a free app that works too. Only problem right now is that it goes back to the main apple screen between photos sometimes.

Apple TV do not support 4K, you should use a Nexus Player + Kodi because they support AirPlay and 4K.
