Best battery settings for Note 8

updated to Oreo battery life was worst.
1. factory reset the note 8 didn't restore backup

2. in developer mode adjust windows animation scale 1 to .5x.

now i am getting almost 24 hours with 5 hours of Sot

5 hours 27 minutes is light use ?

Almost a whole day with 5 hours SOT If your off and on your phone and not constantly on it like watching movies and YouTube is light use

Glad you are finally getting good battery life on your Note8

The Oreo update also takes time to settle in, there was also the Android Oreo bug that affected many devices with a media bug that had some Androids running through their charge faster than normal, apparently this bug is fixed in the April Patch for some and May patch for others.

And i let the phone idle over night with apps running in the background

I changed wifi from always on from sleeping to only on during charging and standby time improved drastically. only going down 2% whole night.
