best buy att next

So I got my replacement note from best buy and told them I wanted the 30 month option. Today we check our bill and notice they put me on 24month..

Has this happen to anyone else and can it be fixed easily? Going to best buy tomorrow and going to try to get this resolved

Att is handling your billing. Would think you would be able to change it by calling att customer service.
 
I had mistakes made by Best Buy on my billing during an upgrade last year and AT&T Corp could not fix it, they made me go to the best buy that goofed it. Best Buy even screwed me out of my phone number on that one, after 3 hours at BB I said F it, just give me a new number.

Regardless, I would try ATT first, then go to best buy as a last resort.

Not saying you can't get your issue fixed via AT&T,
 
AT&T will change it. The Best Buy system does not work well with AT&T. I bought two N7s and then the replacements. The first purchases took 3 to 4 hours in the store mainly with AT&T only to find out the killed my bonus data and 35 out of 65 GB I had remaining. The reason is BBY has to delete your original plan and them add it back. My plan was a special when I bought the N4s and not in the system. I also do the Next 30. We just called AT&T and got the plan changed and had them note in the account NOT TO CHANGE IT when we purchase from BEST Buy. The replacement N7s took only 2 hours on the first and 1 hour on the second. Best Buy released the replacements as they arrived in the store but did not tell the staff how to process the exchange. By the 2nd day they reduced the time and mistakes.
