Best Buy is horrible.

I finally decided to purchase the Note 10.1 yesterday and went to Best Buy to look at them and buy. All they had on display were the 16gb versions. I asked for it in a 32gb, the 'sales guy' went to ask and came back and told me that they have been discontinued. I said "but they're brand new!" and he shrugged and said that's what he was told. I walked out and bought one on Amazon instead.

I bought mine on Amazon also. If I remember right, you can only get the 32gb online on Best Buy's website, not sure about now, but when they first came out that's how it was. I bought my 32gb online at Amazon and never had a problem.

Just arrived by UPS. Can't wait to get out of work now to play.

Best Buy has been a joke everytime I go. It's one of those places where every single time I go, I leave frustrated and disappointed. To be fair, ONE time I bought some headphones and left feeling okay. Every other time it's been a mess.

I got mine last week from Walmart's site referbished for $379 I think. Good as new, doesnt look like there was anything ever wrong with it. I dont regret the decision one bit.

My overall experience with Best Buy has been positive, however i have run into the occasional knuckle head.

Yeah Best Buy also told me that the only carry the 16 gigabyte 1 and the 32 is only available online but I was fine purchasing the 16 gigabyte and then getting a 32 gigabyte mini SD card
