So, after downloading the most recent version of Google Play Services which provides the option to "Check for Update", I began to receive the newest update. It's currently installing.

EDIT:
The update took about 25 min. and I updated to NDE63V from NDE63P. It appears that if you have a Verizon version of the pixel with another carrier, you will still get your updates from Google.

I don't see an option to download Google play services. Just says installed on mine.

Never recvied update on Best Buy model. As soon as I put a sim in the one from Google Store it sent me an OTA update.
