I checked, mine has the same AND the document states that I accepted the agreement this evening, even though I haven't.

I think we did that when we submitted the order. Either way, if that's the date Verizon is going to go by for the worry free guarantee, better be getting the phones tomorrow.

No, I went with the 128 Ultra, I'll use an SD card to expand space.

It shows based on the phone you're using. When you get the S20 it will change.

Just checked and mine is showing the new payment info also, still has the old device. Imagine that's because we haven't activated new phone yet. I would assume we'll be getting our phones tomorrow or Saturday. I'm surprised being I ordered the ultra 512

Yep, happened to me. I called Samsung and they took my information and said I was not the only one with this issue. I got a message when I put in IMEI that my device was not eligible. Waiting for a callback tomorrow. Have you heard something different?

This seems to be the problem the promotion isn't recognizing aura blue phones as valid. I did call them this morning and them emailed me saying I needed to reply with a copy of my pre order receipt and IMEI, but after that haven't heard back from them. After asking around on reddit the only people with the issue are the aura blue so I'm trying to bring it to their attention

When did you pre-order and what carrier. I pre-ordered on the 29th at like sometime at night and I ordered the Sprint version. I picked mine up yesterday at my local UPS Customer Center in the morning Ultra 128 gigabyte Gray

I preordered a couple of hours after midnight on the February 21st. I went with pickup from the store.

I’m wondering if the issue is they didn’t get any/enough of the 512GB units? Sigh.

The 512 ultra is short supply for everywhere. About a week after I pre-ordered my 512, my best buy store went from pre-order and get the 6th to not available and now says coming soon, get notified when available. I wasn't expecting to get mine, but got the email last night so I'm one of the lucky ones. If course I don't have it in hand yet, but it is showing on my Verizon account also.


I actually have to give best buy credit, instead of just letting everyone pre-order with the release date promised, they cut the ordering and now aren't even allowing pre-order.

Well that's annoying. I did tell them I had Aura Blue. Will let you know when I hear back.

Pre-ordered At&t Ultra 128GB on 2/23 for delivery on 3/6. Last night the order was saying "Arriving tomorrow". Now it says that shipping is delayed. Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

Just ordered the Verizon 512GB with an in store pick up date of next Wednesday 3/11 - much better than Verizon's 4/17 date.
