best buy returns. dinc issues

Ok so I got the dinc about two months ago. I have noticed lag and force closes and freezes. is it a normal thing for the phone to have an occasional lag? also, I bought it best buy and purchased their protection plan. I can't seem to replicate the issues when I am there though. Any help would stop me from going crazy!!!

sometimes you need to just do a reset on your phone. If the cache gets built up a good system dumps takes care of it. You could just download a cache cleaner from the market see if that helps. Also use the back arrow to exit out of apps, this will close the app as opposed to hitting the home button which runs it in the background.
