Best buy returns

How many times does best buy let you take a phone back and get a new one because I had the razor Maxx and then swithed to this the day after and it's really weird. Idk if it's just a learning curve or what

If a store gives you a hard time about doing to many returns, just go to another Best Buy.

I was told that I could exchange the phone as many times as I need to within my 30 exchange Window. I initially purchased the RAZR Maxx, then swapped that out for the Nexus, only to exchange that for the SG3. No problems at all. No restocking fees either.

If all else fails. If there's another best buy in your area or somewhere you're willing to drive. Go to a different location. It's a lot like Verizon customer service. If you don't like who you're talking to...hang up and call back. Personally I hang up when I hear another man on the line. I much prefer talking to women.

I work at Best Buy in the Mobile department and we've never had an issue with returns with phones, as long as you are in the 30 day policy.

So I can return as many times as I want and does the 30 days extend or no I'm trying to get to the razor HD period makes sense haha but I'd rather the razor maxx at this point then the s3 I can't stand build quality

If I exchange my phone, will it force me into VZW's new pricing plan and will I lose my unlimited data??? I ordered the 32GB pebble blue GS3 but BB didn't have any so I settled for a 16GB. Having learned you can't move apps to SD I'd much rather have the 32GB version...if they ever get any.
