I'm being offered a $300 trade in value for the Note 5. I'm not sure why they're not advertising it, but
if you have a handful of later model androids you get the $300. Final price $372 after credits.
Looks like the Verizon website says the Silver model not available until 11/15. Titan still shows in stock. The number of stores showing in store availability appears less than last time I checked over the weekend, so demand must be up.
Why would you buy it from Best Buy? I got mine from AT&T directly.
My local BB still does not have the V20 in stock today is 4 Nov. I've pretty much given up on them getting them in stock before my 14 day window is up next week with my Note 7 replacement S7 Edge. Really wanted the $200 gift card deal oh well. I even posted a rant on the review part on their site of the V20 about them not having them in stock but had them in their sales ad and it wasn't posted.
To be fair, I'm not convinced this is BB's problem or that there's anything they can do about it. As far as I can tell, no one that pre-ordered has actually received theirs and none of my local stores have gotten any of the VZW models in (they do have plenty of the AT&T and Sprint variants, however).I've been checking almost daily and just checked now. Your system hasn't changed its status. We're also running out of time to receive the new B&O earbuds from LG if we purchase the V20 by their deadline. This isn't the first time I've tried to upgrade using Best But and it's not working out. It's the THIRD time something has gone wrong at the company's end (not Verizon). For being one of the largest retailers of electronics in the USA, we deserve to know the details of your problem. BB, saying it's out of your control is nice for those who don't know better and ask few questions. If I used that excuse in my business, I'd have a mass exodus of clients and word would get out that it's likely ME that's not reliable. I've made sure that's never happened. It would be a sign of respect to share what's causing the delay. You want our business? You want our trust? Earn it. I'd like to hand over my money to you for my next phone upgrade but being treated with a patronizing response it not going to cut it. Checking your website every day is becoming too much work and the store employees at your location near me is not working out either. They've seen many customers head over to a VZW corporate store to get their new V20. Show you care, please share.

While I plead ignorance on how the carrier>vendor>retail relationship works in terms of inventory and pricing, I suspect the overall demand for the VZW v20 was underestimated by all parties and I wouldn't be surprised if the carriers get inventory priority over retail in cases of shortages. I also believe VZW isn't happy about BB's $200 giftcard promotion and is further pressuring LG to steer units away from them.
Silly...Whatever is going on, no sign of the Verizon model stock at BB.
