Best Buy V20 help

Supposedly.... If the phone has no trade in value from the carrier, lg sends you the $200 in an echeck. But it can take up to 2 months. Saw a video on YouTube a about it. If I can find it again, I will post it.

Found it, but it us T-Mobile so not sure of it works for all carriers?

I just went to BB and they won't pre-order in store and when you go to their pre-order page, you can only ship to your house.....and I need to return my S7Edge at the same time I get the LG V20 (or go without a phone till they come in) so...it sounds like you can't "pre-order" and still turn in a phone to exchange for the $200 Best Buy credit?

Funny, they told me they think that's the way it did work. They need to inform the employees better than they do

I just got off the phone with my local Best Buy store, mobile manager. He told me that they would accept any smart phone that, turned on, no cracked screen. However, he told me that the promotion is changing tomorrow. The change is you will not be able to use it for a down payment on the phone. This is because, starting the 23rd, the card will not be issued until activation, basically after you buy the phone. I am not sure if anyone knows of a way around this. I would rather lower my payments.

My local AT&T store told me text then Sunday night and they well hold aV20 for me for Monday. But they have no promotion.

I think in going to best buy... I bought the n7 there anyway so....

I kinda have no issue with the giftcard after the fact... going need it for christmas anyway >.> Also people need to attempt to price match the 800 if they paying full price from sprint website

I just pre ordered v20 at Best Buy site and choose fast shipping on Tue 25 but on my gmail confirmation said get it by Monday. Anyone got the same status?

Does Best Buy have the phone in store to play with? Also I'm confused how I can apply a trade in towards the price of the phone? Does the promotion not start till they are in stock in store? What is Best Buys return policy on phones?

Just went to Best Buy to see if they had one to look at and they had no clue what the phone even was. They thought it was pre paid. When I told them what it was they said they didn't know if they would be getting any and hadn't heard anything about when it is coming out or when pre orders would start.

Waiting till the 28th to turn in my Note 7 at Best Buy where I bought it to get a V20 and the gift card and the headphones. That should qualify...

Funny, I was told the same thing Sat afternoon about the promotion changing today. I figured it was because the rep didn't understand the promo, as she didn't even know about the phone.

Guess I should have pulled the trigger yesterday. I wonder if a manager could override it since the fine print still says the giftcard is to be used towards the purchase of the phone.

before I pull the trigger on buying the phone early... I shall see if anyone have success on trading old phone that have little to no value but still "have a charge and not crack"
