Best cable/adapter for doing HDMI mirroring on your TV?

I would like to be able to mirror stuff onto my TV (Netflix, videos etc) is anyone currently doing this and what cable did you go with or which adapter did you buy?

By the way you will need to plug in a charger to the side of the adapter. May as well pick up an extra charger as well.
