Best car Ford ever sold

I had a 98 with a 3.8 and an 02 GT with the 4.6. Both manuals. Even though the 02 only had 260hp, it was still fun to drive. Not in the winter in Michigan though. It's probably one of the worst financial decisions we made as a newly married couple. Granted it cost me only $15k but we had bad credit so we had a high payment on it.

😱#2... Pinto
Ahhh the pinto.....

I have fond (but scary too) memories of riding in my sister's car when I was 8, with my brother driving in front of us, seeing him take a sharp turn way to fast, losing control of it, sliding down a slick hillside, as he jumped out before it slammed ass-first into a humongous tree, then exploding into a glorious, mushroom-cloud-worthy fireball... :)

Fortunately he was not hurt other than some cuts, scrapes & bruises.....

Ah, those were the days !

FYI, he did almost the same thing a few years later with an AMC Gremlin, with almost the same result, but I was not there to see it....

Then he somehow managed to acquire a Boss 302 Mustang, dropped a 351 Windsor & lower-geared rear end into it, and suddenly started driving like he had some sense...well, except for the extra wide Mickey Thompson tires and Cragar SS Mags anyways....😱
