the best thin hard case is the "barely there" cases by case-mate. they make cases for HTC phones and the Nexus One. hopefully they will have one for the Incredible, but nothing is currently advertised on their site.
i sell epik cases at www.epikphonecases.com and i'm hoping to get epik cases for the incredible soon after launch. My manufacturer is usually pretty fast about adding new phones to the inventory.
Here's some pictures of the black silicone case I got for the incredible from verizon. The quality is good, not too thick, and should protect the phone well. I can't comment on the fit because I don't have the phone yet.
Thanks for the pics.. Glad someone posted "real" ones and not just seeing the advertised pics because, I agree, I don't think I like the "bubble" look. Hmmm.....
Congrats tho! If this is the only case accessory in the store next Thurs though, I'll be eating my words and getting one, temporarily, until something better comes along after release day.
it's not hard plastic.. it's silicone.. but looks like hard plastic. it's smooth too which is good.. because if you put it in your pocket, it wont attach/stick to dust/lint like other rubber/silicone cases
Wait, isn't a case for the back of the Incredible a bit redundant? From what I hear, the backing is already soft malleable material that won't scratch...?
