Best Cheap Android Phone w/GPS as back up phone?

I'm looking for a cheap Android phone to put a pre-paid T-mobile sim card in as a back up cell phone incase something happens to my primary smart phone (iPhone 4S). What's the best option for around $50 (or less of course; used or new, doesn't matter)?

I use an iPhone 4S currently, primarily due to some exclusive software on it but I really like the turn by turn GPS on Android - it's much faster to obtain signal than my Tom Toms and more responsive than my iPhone, so I want to use this back up phone also as a GPS in my car by tethering it to my iPhone's data. Any suggestions? Just a bare bones GSM (T-mobile) Android phone with a GPS is all I need.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Sorry I don't have a phone option for pre-pay but:

u can pick up a cheap used phone on Craigslist or eBay

Try find a local one, ie, Craigslist, you can test it and/or meet the seller @ a T-Mobil store to verify it's not stolen

Prepaid phones features may also vary, ie GPS, tethering, etc

Hope that helps
