Best cross platform password manager

I have an s3 and a nexus 7and my wife has a 4s and an iPad. I just want to be able to sync all are the username and passwords in 1 app and sync across platforms.

I just bought splashtop ID for both android and iOS.

Is there a way to sync stuff between these two without opening/booting up my computer?

I use keepass for my devices and PCs...and use Dropbox to sync the file across all devices.

STRIP is the only *really* secure password manager for Android. Great UI, tech support. One of my favorite apps.
