Best email app with peak/off peak sync schedule function?

I just went from using the built in "Email" client on the LG G4 to the Gmail app on my Nexus 6P. I like to have some of my email accounts push, or pull every 1-2 hours during the day, sometimes only once per day, and not sync at all during the night. The peak/off peak options allowed for this on the G4. The Gmail app allows push, manual, or as infrequent as 1 hour pulls. What are some good 3rd party alternatives? My requirements are imap and Exchange support, and that it doesn't pass through a proxy (like Type Mail).
