best free/noad apps for- MoveAppToSDcard, wifi only app use, phone#whitelisting (& other 4 Tracfone)

Hello, i've been browsing around Google Play to try and find apps of a certain type - I find good apps! But when I download them I find they have annoying advertisements, or I didn't realize it said it contained ads or other privacy violating crap.

So i'm trying to find freeware and open source software that is ad free, privacy violation free. Specifically for Tracfones/poor people that have to watch their data, minutes, and don't have enough flash space. And often are on older OS'es like Android 4.3 or 4.4 for instance - so features included in 5 or 6 are still needed by us.

Could someone please suggest some apps to try out in these areas specifically? (as well as any others you think would be of interest to someone like me) Like is there some "go to" apps everyone else knows out in Phoneland, that a newbie like me wouldn't?

My areas are - moving apps to the SD card (without requiring root access at least for the app to install - Tracfones generally cant be rooted, so features requiring root are irrelevant)

Whitelisting phone numbers - to stop people who had the phone number previous from calling for awhile. Stopping SMS's too if possible to keep it from docking your SMS's from a stranger.

Forcing apps to only use wifi - the ideal one would require me to manually choose to use 4G data each time, on a per app basis, and have a timer to automatically flip back after a period of time so I dont forget and browse away. I found one I sorta like - NetGuard acts like a VPN, gives a list of apps that can turn it on and off on a per app basis. Just no data meter for it and no timer to return to wifi only that i know of.

Along with your suggestions of "if you like those, you would probably also appreciate these!"

You can't force this function on a phone that doesn't support it in the first place, unless you root it.

How about toggling off 4G mobile data until you actually need or want to use it? You can toggle it off in the system settings, or install a 3rd party toggle widget.
