What are some of the best games for the Epic that would show off the graphic capabilities?

I could never figure out how to use emulators. I downloaded gameboid lite, but have no idea how to play games. It says I have to specify a BIOS file before playing. What does this mean? I guess I'm supposed to download a ROM, but haven't gotten those to work either. Can anyone help me out? I'll give a big Thanks!

You need to download the bin bios file before you download any roms.
You can Goole to find the file or rom buddy in the market has it along with various roms.

Modern combat sandstorm - call of duty modern warefare like first person shooter, insane graphics, awesome campaign and missions, and online gaming via wifi

NOVA - HALO like scifi first person shooter, again... graphics, story, and online gaming

Need for Speed Shift - hot cars, buttery smooth fast paced racing, and cockpit camera mode which its the best way to show off how a real portable device does gaming

None of these you can get on Market, first two you can download free trial (or buy, like me) from gameloft.com and NFS you can get the free trial at xda or full elsewhere ;)

Let's golf, gangstar west coast hustle, guitar hero 5, labyrinth, flight director, world poker tour, raging thunder, and a lot more.

NFS Shift by far is the best, but you will have to download it as it is not available in market due exclusivity with VW.

Speedx 3d is another great game. Its a quick play game but with amazing graphics and real easy to use and play so you can show it off to friends.

Carrom3d is another great Graphic UI game. Free/lite version in market or pay version

HeavyGunner another fun, graphic intensive game, will push this GPU. Infact, sometimes i notice lag when i play this game, although i was playing an older version.

My Paper Plan 2 Has good graphics, but nothing too intense. But overall a great game to quick play. Lots of fun. You can get free/lite versoin or full/paid version.

If i can think of great GPU intensive games ill add to this list. I might even add a description of game play

The thing with emulators.. I keep getting paranoid of damaging the phone by smashing the keyboard for emulated console gaming, or damaging the screen by smashing the virtual keys.. any validity to my paranoia?

The gameloft games look WAY better than the emulators! NOVA is awesome and may end up buying it. Downloading Sandstorm right now.

Pakiplayer - Is there a website for these games? I'm going to search for them now, I'll start with google I guess....

I've been playing Kwaak3, which is a Quake 3 Arena port. It runs amazingly well (I get 40-50fps at max quality settings) and you can even connect to other platforms (aka PC) for multiplayer.

Hero of Sparta and NOVA are also excellent.

I've been trying to download Dungeon Hunter since last week and it never seems to finish the entire download of 'additional' data that it needs. Kind of annoying. Gameloft tech support hasn't been able to resolve that issue yet.

Angry Birds is also a lot of fun.

Same here. Other games DL fine, though.

Where do you get Kwaak?

You can grab it from the developer's site, here. You'll need to supply your own Quake 3 .pak files though. That seems to be pretty standard for all id game porting and emulation. I had to do the same thing to get Hexen running on my DS years ago.

Oh good, I'm glad it isn't just me. :D
Edit: Here's the response from Gameloft regarding my inability to complete the download of additional data for Dungeon Hunter:
Gameloft said:
Thank you for bringing this case to your attention. We're sorry to learn of your difficulties. It seems that your application has a bug. We will investigate this case, but it might take a while to fix the problem. Right now we can not find a solution to this particular issue since it may have been caused specifically by your handset as the game functions well with other phones of the same model.

Looks like they're blaming my particular handset and saying that other Epic owners are downloading without issues. :(

I tried Nova and Sandstorm and it keeps telling me there's no internet connection available to download the additional data. I've tried wifi and 3g.

Any suggestions?

Yea, that is sooooo annoying... I have been trying to download Sandstorm for over a day because it always interrups... even on my schools wifi. I almost gave up till it was able to go all the way with my work wifi, I always delete the games folder in my file manager when it happens and try again because it never is able to pick up where it left off and was stuck...

But really, when you finish... its gaming heaven from there on out. I instantly bought nova and sandstorm
