Quick note - I was, just out of curiosity, checking out Dbrand and Slickwraps skins (not sure if I'll get one this time around), and notice that Slickwraps is giving a free tempered glass SP with any order of a skin for a Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL.



They're also running a 30% off flash sale, which brings them down to as low as $16 shipped.

Not bad for a skin and a TGSP...

That's OK. My screen protector shipped today from Pennsylvania, and they're giving themselves a 2 week window to get it to me in Indiana. Not so much a slow boat as Oxcarts R Us.

I will share the picture of mine tempered glass when I received it.

I want to order the amfilm but the only thing holding me back is the dot matrix.

I'm probably going to get the one from Verizon which is slightly curved and looks case friendly. Going to use the 25% off accessories discount.

I still occasionally use Daydream VR... Even though the dots are 'transparent,' I have to think that under the associated magnification they might cause a deterioration in VR immersion. Would love to hear actual impact, if anyone who gets one of these trys it in Daydream.

Just received these yesterday. Quality is good and most importantly no dot matrix (cannot stand the matrix). I will report back as soon as I get my XL 2. I am due for ship on the 17th. Unfortunately they are out of stock right now, but I imagine they will have more soon.

No dot matrix. Seems to only be sticky on the sides. I don't want to touch clear part, but the protective film is really stuck on the sides and peels easy on the clear part.

Yes it has a hole for the LED, it was $10.99 for a 2 pack, and pictures are there at the link posted by Userexists.

Unfortunately, when I went to see how much I paid for it, it's now showing as unavailable. No information on when or if they'll be back in stock. Seems to be a recurring pattern with these early available products for new phones. It's like they make a limited amount for sale, and in some cases, close up shop when they sell out their inventory. Isn't reassuring for those worried about warranty issues, but I suppose that if there are issues, by the time those issues present themselves the more reputable brands will have their products available for sale. I'm sill waiting on IntelliGlass to get theirs out, as they're who I've used most recently on my last couple phones.

Skinomi is pretty nice, tried it on one of my previous devices and it was good.

It seems that a lot, if not most, of the TG screen protectors I've seen for the XL do not cover the curved edges. That is very disappointing to me.

I've had good luck with iCarez, so waiting on those to come out. Until thin I also got the Skinomi linked above.
