Hello all ,I have some questions about the GPS in a tablet or in a smartphone.
my first question: Does it have any site where it tests or/and reviews about the quality of the GPS in a tablet or in a smartphone ?
My second question: Is it there a way to find out which gps chip or geolocation system in a tablet or in a smarphone ?
To make a story short about why I ask those questions because I have several android tablets et smartphones and their gps sensitivity are way different. I have one tablet and one smartphone are so sensitive that they can pickup the GPS signals and geolocate my position even in a house basement. Whereas the sensitivity of some of my others android are so crappy that I need to get out to my house to pickup the signals.
I notice there is nothing to do with the quality of the tablet or the smartphone. Those two most sensitive devices I have are entry level tablet and smartphone. But soon they will become obsolete. Now I'm looking for a new android device and I want to know how sensitive the GPS chip in the device I'm looking for.
