Best Headphones for Samsung Galaxy S4

What's up everyone?

I'm brand new to the forum, brand new to Android and brand new to the Samsung Galaxy series. Just grabbed the S4 after having a couple of iPhones. Enjoying all this phone has to offer but just have one specific question:

Does anyone have a recommendation on some good (ideally, in-ear) headphones with full control talk for the phone? I have a pair of Beats By Dre Solos which worked well with my iPhone but the volume control does not work with the S4.

Honestly the Samsung headphones with the phone sound great alone (in my mind, completely giving Beats a good run) but curious of some other options. I did download Jays headphone controls so I have the ability to repeat songs with the Samsung headphones so they are good, but still don't have volume with the Beats. Just wondering if there is something out there that will do calls, S-Voice, play/pause, rewind, fast forward AND volume for the s4 besides the stock headphones. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Volume seems to be a tough find for Android???? Not sure why Music on Androids seems to be treated like a second class citizen. I have these and if you are able to get a good seal they are very nice. Most agree best bang for the buck.

Klipsch S4. They are 18ohms, so no threshold issues with lower impedance buds the Snap version of the S4 has. Plus they have two drivers in each bud for more defined sound. Moderate price too.

What makes iphones and ipods music much louder than android phones is it software or hardware limitations. I don't want to spend 200+ on an ipod just to enjoy good sound. I don't even like them.

Sennheiser PX-100s. They make anything else sound like tin cans.

I had a pair of the Klipsch headphones and liked them a lot. However, they met their demise when a cat chewed through the cord. So when I went to replace them, I ended up grabbing a pair of Ultimate Ears 350vm, and was blown away by them. Much better bass response than the Klipsch, and I am able to get a better fit with the included tips.

They have a mic and a single button for call control, and a slider volume control. I don't have a Samsung so I can't comment on whether or not they would work with S-voice.

Which did you choose to go with(as I am in the same position as you were)?
The reviews on the S4A ii, UE 350vm and UE 500vm have me unsure which to choose.
They all seem to have durability issues.

I use my Bose normally, but for inear, I would wait for the NEW noise canceling Bose to come out. I HATE inear headphones, I have small ear canals and even with adapters, they never fit. I have seen inear types with an outer ear clip. I might try a pair of those.

I just purchased these and noticed I cannot control the volume via the headset..they sound great hands down but I like being able to control the volume via the headset..any suggestions?

Bump. Owned an iphone since the 3g, and ive been looking for a good set of earbuds since i switched to the S4 late last year. Love the phone and all that you can do with it. But god damn, why the hell cant they make it compatible with the other earphones out there. I hate the earplug style buds, i dont want to not be able to hear ANYTHING with a headphone in. I really would like to use the skullcandy fix (or a factory iphone headphone) like meh Amazon.com: Skullcandy S3FXFM033 Fix Buds Headphones with Mic3, Black: Electronics . But all my research has told me that the volume and button control is not compatible. Does anyone know of a headphone that is not a friggin ear plug, and actually can utilize the volume/ next song button?
