Best HUGE Tablet launcher for seniors with visual issues?

I have a Galaxy E 8" tablet, but the icons and text even when maxed out with the stock rom are too small for my grandmother, she has some visual impairments and hand coordination issues, is there a launcher or complete overlay that could replace the stock so everything is much larger than what can be achieved with stock? I see big launcher, etc, but they all seem to be geared to smartphones? My grandmother is bed bound and I'm trying to get her to play games and work with something interactive rather than just watch TV, any help would be greatly appreciated.
