Best in the World - Hyperbole or Real?

I'm not sure but right now I think it's one of the best phones out there. I know in China (use to be Apple territory) I was reading tweets by Ice Universe how it was selling out. Of course there will be people out there (Apple fan boys and fan girls) that will say different.

The one big thing Samsung needs to figure it and update is the FPS. Once that is figured out so the majority of people don't have problems this phone will be a lot better.

Just like there are Samsung fan boys and fan girls. :-p

Pretty much all YouTube reviews with such clickbait titles one should take with a salt shaker full of salt. Remember they get paid by vies, subscribers, etc..
Not dissing Samsung (though they are not on my particular list of favs), just say take it with salt.
I would also argue “best”, in these context, is/are always subjective opinions.
We already know that the FPS is certainly not “best”.
We already know the camera (as a system) is certainly not “best”.

Cheers :)

I think as a whole package I can see where it might be considered "best" but what does it matter as long as its owners are overall happy?

EDIT: I’m using my XS Max this afternoon and I can see how someone might have a pretty high opinion of it as well.

The term ‘best’ is subjective. Because a lot of it depends on the owner’s experience and what they want from a phone...and at the end of the day that is what matters.

There is ‘better/best on paper’, where you just compare hardware specs. Spec-wise the S10+ is BETTER than the XS Max. But because we all value certain features over others in different ways (camera, display, software etc) there is no ‘BEST’ phone.

Best is subjective. Having used most of the current "flagships", for my usage, it's the best.

It's a premium luxury item. At this price point it's very much a personal choice. I could buy any device. ( I usually buy a couple of other devices to try throughout the year) I bought the N10+ 5G. Its the best device for me.

The above video is click bait nonsense.

Prefer what the wide angle lens is able to do on the S10+. That is/was selling point. I expect iPhone pro camera will be equal or better but at a $$ that is hundred more than the $825 I paid.

Shame that news and reviews have to rely on click-bait and views.

iOS 13 is still... iOS and I prefer Android 9/10 at this point.

When your OS is about being easy-to-use with little/no customisation it’s pretty hard to make it significantly different over time. That’s iOS’ weakness.
