Best messaging app for BBM

Can anyone tell me the best IM app to use on the Inspire? I'm still using my BB and BBM but looking to see what is available before I make the decision to switch or not. I understand BBM is a BB thing and goes through the RIM servers.....I also understand any BB users would have to have the same app as I would. Just looking for pros and cons. I tend to blast a lot of jokes out and would like to be able to send it to several people at once. I checked into PingChat, but as I see it, is spotty at best.

i made the switch from BB.... so far i've been using GTalk. Doesnt have the same bbm broadcast feature though (i think)

GTalk seems to be the choice. Can you send messages to multiple people?
