I bought the card in my edge when I got the phone so I think I'll buy a new card. I use it mainly for the camera. Recommendations?

I have a Samsung Pro +. It's rated at 95MB read & 90 MB Write.

I agree it's a great deal to get the Samsung bundle (Samsung 256GB MicroSD [U1 possibly U3] card and AKG Bluetooth headphones) for $99, considering the card alone could cost around $150.

I keep telling myself I don't need things. But then...Then I buy them lol. I wasn't going to go for this package deal but the more and more I think about it I might pull the trigger.

Ha ha ha... you got the same tech disease as me.

I'm probably getting this scandisk extreme pro class 10 u3 64 mb card for $42:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LRXI59...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU5748098

Can anybody tell me what the difference is between the card above and this scandisk extreme plus card:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010NE3N3...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU5748098

They seem to be the same class 10 u3 cards. Both descriptions say they are x-ray proof, freeze proof, etc.
I haven't kept up with SanDisk cards for a few years but they seem to be virtually identical. My best guess, based on the 'first available at Amazon date', is that the Pro is a newer production run.

I took this from my Mavic. I'll be putting the microSD from the $99 bundle in the Mavic. I got it at Best Buy when it was on sale for $44.

The lower one might be a newer model? I would be weary of any SD card not sold by Amazon. There's alot of counterfeits being sold on Amazon from 3rd party sellers. This is a good SD card for the money.

When I went to buy my Note 7 at Best Buy and had to decide between a Samsung SD card and the Gear 2 band, the Samsung tech told me that I should get the Gear 2 band and then buy a cheaper SD card on Amazon. When I went to pre order my S8, I told the Samsung tech that I would just buy a cheaper card from Amazon like he suggested last time. He said that it didn't matter what kind of card I used with the Note 7, but since the S8 runs on Nougat, the Samsung cards will always be the fastest cards in the S8

but, it's only avaible to first 50 000 buyers, which can be problem but it doesn't have to be...but problem for me, like for many others is...this bundle....IT'S ONLY AVAIBLE IN U.S.A.

Dumb question alert:

What do people usually use these for? 64gbs internal storage + Google Photos has worked out for me, but I'm curious what I might want/need these for.

Some people use them for video recording. You be surprise at how fast 4K eats up your SD card. Some might move their apps/games to the SD card as well. Some like me use it for our music, I've only got 4G of music but I've heard other having over 30G of music. Some of us do not want to stream our music as we don't always get a signal.
