there is a company called "ripoffs" that make holsters that are designed and made in the u.s.a. just google it... been using them for years... great for construction!

Did you have any issue getting the phone in the case? Others have said it's tough to get in and I don't want to feel like I'm going to break my phone in half to do it. I've got one on the way.

Not once you get the hang of it. The fit is snug. You won't have to worry about it falling out of case.

I got one of those. It's collecting dust in my closet. It's like you feel like you're gonna break the phone trying to get it on.

I've tried 4 cases and finally conclude that the Moto X is made to go naked. Just feels too good in the hand to cover up. If I were to use a case though, I'd put the Anker one.. The one with he sand feel. It covers the back and unfortunately the dimple but it feels like it's not there almost.

This was my conclusion to a "T", as well.

The Sedio cases discolor quickly. Not even Scotch Guard kept it red. Keep that in consideration. Also not very protective in a drop.

You can twist the phone a couple times, or tap on the camera app, or better yet ask the people who sold it to you.

Not bad at all. Wish there was better autofocus but shots are very quick because autofocus isn't the best.

I ordered the Seidio Active with kickstand from here and the Otterbox Defender from Moto. I'll keep the one I like the best. Been using Otterboxes for a long time but have really been wanting something with the kickstand built in so I don't need to carry a holster. I watch a lot of video while I'm in the truckstop eating. Me time. I did notice Verizon is carrying their case/holster combo for the X. Still kinda **** ugly but I used one on 3 or 4 phones and that thing is thin and does a good job of protecting devices.

Air Jacket Case or Air Jacket Grip?

I ordered the Air Jacket Case for my dad. It's full clear, not too thick, and a fits tightly with the phone. Good for protecting from scratches, though not sure about high drops. I'm not too fond of the texture, as it's pretty smooth., but I can't say for sure if I'm not holding it all the time.

I went with the Otterbox Defender for the protection since my phone goes everywhere with me. This one for the X is very slim as compared to the one I had for my 4S. I'm really liking it, not flashy, but functional and nice.
i ordered a commuter since the holster design sucks for the defender

I like that the Air Jacket Grip cases are color keyed to the accent colors. Wish I ordered the blue before they sold out, don't know if it'll be available while the discount is in place!
