Best music player / manager / sync for Android device?

Was gonna use doubletwist but the new version does not have a media player.

What is the best set up for having / managing music? Itunes with doubletwist sync?

I use iSyncr and Rocket Player.

It even transfers "play counts" between PC and my phone. (play count = number of times song has played)

I've been using MediaMonkey on the PC and phone side myself. Sync over WiFi, very granular sync options, and you can point the smartphone side to the external SD rather than internal storage. It's technically beta but I've never had an issue.
