What are the best Android stores that do not require Google services.

Are you talking about places to get apps? I'd say the best and most reliable is Amazon Appstore. On your device's browser, go to amazon.com/amazonappstoreapp, and follow the instructions to install.

Already use amazon, was looking to see what else there was. Ive heard of BlackMarket, is that safe?

Agree with B. Diddy. Stick to those two stores and you'll be fine. Anything else isn't very reliable.

I suppose GetJar and SlideMe are reasonable alternatives. I don't know how rigorously they screen the apps for malware, though.
