I'd like an app which:
1. Records voice and retains the recording
2. Transcribes to text.
3. Uses device storage not cloud.
and (ideally) 3. Compatible with S-Pen as I have a Note 5.
If one app can't do both - is there an app which can transcribe audio (recorded via a voice recorder app) into text?
As far as notepad apps themselves. I tried evernote but I realised I had to pay a subscription to get useful features and also couldn't retrieved any saved notes....
