Been considering a Galaxy S2, is it the best device out there? Because it seems to have all the bells and whistles.

Well, if you're in the US, we still don't know if this is supporting 4G or not.. something to consider still.

But you do realize that once you buy it, another phone will come out soon that will be the "best." There's not much point chasing the ideal phone. :)

This is by far and away the best phone I have ever had. (And thats alot)

So far my Evo has been tops for me. Even though its only been less than 24 hours for me.

Can you confirm what type of data speeds are you getting on the $10/mo unlimmited data plan.

The other question I have, how did you get on this plan, did you call at&t CS or you went in person into a store? (did you just call in to update your IMEI?)

Mine should arrive by Wednesday.

I called in to remove my iphone 4 and its imei. Then they asked for the new imei number, but it will not register as a smart phone in their system. So, unless you tell them its a smartphine, they will never know. You are required to have unlimited txt for the data at $10. I guess the easies way for you is to just log onto att site and adjust your data plan. The AT&T rep on the phone asked me if I wanted $10 data, and I happily accepted.

You are going to fricking LOVE this phone!

Thank you Maven for letting me know, I will do the same I will call in at&t and of course I'm not going to tell them is a smartphone. I'm currently paying about $110/mo ($39.99 for 450mts/mo + $30unlimited data + $20 unlimited text + taxes).

When I get the Galaxy SII I'm going to save b/c I can get the $10 data + $20 text=$20/mo plan + $39.99 for 450mts/mo + tax, probably a bill of $78/mo instead of $110 :)

I can't wait....please FedEx hurry up :)

How is your data speed on the $10/mo data plan. Are you getting 4G like speeds downloads and uploads?

By then perhaps we'll have a GS3.

At&t shouldn't charge you anything just for switching the IMEI from your iPhone 4 to your new GSII once you get it. I get mine tomorrow (fedex expected delivery date) :)

Such good news. I have a 3G and I want to throw it off a bridge into a river.

Been looking at the GSII for some time now but still not 100% on it. The new Google Nexus looks pretty interesting......as does the Motorola........and Evo 3D

So many phones! Too hard to make a decision.

Have to say I'm really impressed with the Galaxy s2. I've had blackberries and windows phones. Not owned an Iphone but have used them. The S2 is just brilliant. Ok battery life not brilliant, maybe that will improve.
